    NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING #2

    The City of Ottawa’s Planning, Infrastructure and Economic Development Department has received a revised application for zoning by-law amendment and site plan control proposal for the development of a gas bar with fast-food restaurant, drive-through facility, and convenience retail use. The site is located at the northwest corner of the Hunt Club Road and Hawthorne Road intersection. The new site plan takes into consideration the comments received from the public including; realigning the stacking area for the drive-thru, improved landscaping, installing an in-ground garbage receptacle, and adjusting the right-in/right-out access on Hunt Club Road.

    I invite you to attend a public information meeting where I have asked the applicant to present these changes to the community. Please join me on:
